Wash*ta County 4-H Members have the opportunity to go with Kiowa County 4-H to camp this year due to Kristy’s retirement. Stephanie Peck, Wash*ta Co. Certified 4-H Volunteer, has graciously arranged this opportunity and will be attending camp. Wash*ta County 4-H Members need to register through the Kiowa County OSU Extension Office by noon on May 18th. If you have any questions, call Stephanie at 406-679-1344. (Kelley will be out of the Wash*ta County OSU Extension Office May 15th-25th.)

Mr. Toothy and members from the Wash*ta County OHCE Clubs and OSU Extension recently visited every Kindergarten Class in the county. A book was read to the students about good hygiene and visiting the dentist. In addition, they were shown how to brush their teeth correctly and they received tooth fairy pillows that the members made along with toothbrushes, toothpaste and educational information.
