Promote Horseshoe Pitching in Crisp County Georgia and surrounding Counties It's Located at 501 E 24th Ave. Come out and Join us.

Crisp County Horseshoe Club is a Horseshoe pitching club that meets on Tuesday nights at 6:00 PM from April thru October at Turner Park in Cordele Georgia for League nights. Even in the heat Crisp Club is pitching on Tuesday at 6:00 at Turner Park! Come join us next Tuesday! Fun time had by all! Jean Bullington is in the lead this week!!

Crisp County had two pitchers to place in Columbus this weekend. Ronnie Miller and Jean Bullington both got second place in their classes Second place in Class A went to Ronnie Miller. He had a 3/1 record and pitched 30.63%. Class C was a close match where Jeffery Green (Columbus) and Jean Bullington (Crisp) both had a 2.5/.05 win/loss record. Jeffery ended up with 1st after the tie breakers and Jean Bullington got second! Jean pitched 10.83% for the day!!

We have one week off to celebrate Labor Day weekend and our next GHPA tournament is 9/12/26 in Cordele.

Crisp County pitchers took a break last Tuesday due to the heat. They returned to pitching on 8/25/26 and had six pitchers brave the heat. They pitch every Tuesday at 6:00 and would love to have you join us!! Results are listed below.

The Crisp County Club went to Columbus Georgia on 8/15 to compete in the 2026 Inter-League Championship. Representing Crisp County Club was Marcus Waters, Ronnie Miller and Jean Bullington. Unfortunately they did not bring home the trophy but we are proud of our Crisp County pitchers. They finished in 5th place and had a great time of pitching and fellowship with other pitchers across the state. Congratulations to the Hull club who won with a 11/1 record.

Crisp County club had four pitchers to go to the Perry Tournament on Saturday! All had a great time pitching each other! Come join us on Tuesday night!!!

Crisp County Horseshoe started this past Tuesday at 6:00 at Turner Park. We would love to have you join us this Tuesday. Dennis Lanning is currently leading and would love more competition! Everyone has a handicap based on their ringer percentage so it levels the playing field. Come join us for fun, fellowship and ringers!!

Crisp Horseshoe Club had three pitchers to compete in Wausau, Wisconsin at the NHPA World tournament. We had a great time pitching and cheering on our club members. Crisp Club took a break for a couple weeks but will be starting back this coming Tuesday, August 4th at 6:00. We would love to have you join us to pitch. We pitch at Turner Parker at 501 24th Ave. East, Cordele, Georgia. Call Marcus Waters if you have any questions!!

Crisp County had two pitchers competing today and both were in the money. Ronnie Miller took 2nd place in Class Men’s K with an 11/4 record. Ronnie pitched 28.5% and was half a game out of first place. He received a plaque and check!!

Marcus Waters moved up from 7h place to 4th place in Men’s Class G and ended up winning all of his games today. Marcus was 9/4 and pitched 32.12%. He had some close games but still got a check and 4th

We all enjoyed the fun, fellowship, and horseshoes. Safe travels home!!

3 Crispmembers pitched their second day and all had a fun day!!

Marcus Waters was Men’s G and is currently in 7th place. He pitched 32.5% and has a record of 5/4. If he can have a good day tomorrow he can be in the top 6.

Ronnie Miller is in Men’s K and is currently in 3rd place. He is pitching 30% and has a 7/3 record. He should also be in the top six if he continues to pitch like he has pitched.

Jean Bullington finished Elder Women’s C tonight and she was 5th place. She had a 4/6 record and pitched 16.75%.

We have included photos from the day! Marcus and Ronnie will finish tomorrow and we hope they finish strong!!

Crisp county has three pitchers that will begin pitching today at the world tournament in Wausau, Wisconsin. Ronnie Miller (Men’s K), Marcus Waters (Men’s G) and Jean Bullington ( Elder Women’s C).
