b as CEO and into the online world of influence in June 2017. He quickly collected a team (a nurse practitioner, an HR specialist, and two brilliant website and culture builders) and got to work. One of the many healthcare issues that Alan wishes to address is the massive amount of healthcare dollars spent on recruitment of Healthcare Administrators. As an alternative to the traditional recruitment model, this online membership site for Healthcare Administrators, Leaders, and Executives would be a place where members would be able to build profiles, upload resumes, and be presented with a number of employment opportunities. These opportunities would be from Strategic Partners who would pay a nominal fee to get the word out there about their company, hospital facility, or clinical practice, thus decreasing cost of obtaining a highly qualified and compatible Administrator. In addition to addressing this problem, our team has created a number of ways that Executives will be able to connect with each other to discuss common worries and concerns through discussion forums, vlogs, and blog postings that they can receive exclusively as members. Our hope is that Execubay would fill a much-needed role in this ever-changing world of healthcare. Our goal is to help Healthcare Administrators and Executives navigate these changes as smoothly as possible with as much support as possible. We desire that Healthcare Leaders feel appreciated and valued as critical members of the Execubay community and the Healthcare Industry as a whole.
