Our boys got up and headed out early this morning for a day full of adventure! They got to meet and hang out with some pretty cool animals at the Pine Mountain Lodge before enjoying a picnic and taking a hike into honeymoon falls!

Our Boys have been working hard the past two meetings on getting their Fire Safety Certification! Thank you Corbin Fire Department for coming out and helping us finish up this course tonight! We also learned about the Fire of the Tongue. James 3:5-10 and of course we finished up with S'more.

These boys had a great time learning about and building their own water purification systems!

They talked about how each layer represents a layer of our walk with Jesus!
-Vessel= Accepting Jesus
-Grass= Prayer
-Sand= Reading Our Bible
-Charcoal= God Changing Our Hearts
-Pea Gravel= Small Decisions
-Gravel= Big Life Decisions

Pinewood Derby Race Day!!

Mom's, Dad's, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Friends come out and support these young men by cheering them on as we admire the craftsmen ship these young men will be using to design and build their cars with their Troop!

Boys mark you calendars we will be meeting in the church gym on Friday March 1st to design and build our Pinewood Derby Cars for Race Day! More information will be given at our Troop Meeting on February 19th @ 5:45pm!
