We are actively looking for leaders for the 21-22 4H Season that begins this fall!

If you have a 4th-12th grader and are interested in the 4H program please let us know. We have parents that are interested but it is best if we build a team of co-leaders. It is not hard and it is super rewarding!

Corbett 4-H is a combined group of clubs including HEARTH for Arts, Crafts & STEM projects, Small Animal, Livestock, Equestrian and Leadership. We focus on youth lead learning in any category they want to explore!

4-H Investigators - Check it out!
Washington County 4-H is starting a new 4-H community-based club program called “4-H Investigators”. To be a 4-H Investigator, please call or email Darsy, [email protected] (503) 821-1119.

Each month 4-H Investigator will receive a “Spark Kit”, a kit of hands-on activities with supplies and instructions. If you are joining 4-H Investigators you must attend the organizational meeting on December 1, via Zoom, at 6:30pm so we know how many kits to send out. There is limited space in the club!

Enrollment is Open! There is no fee this year for youth to join 4-H in Corbett through Washington County 4-H.

Youth and 4-H leader enrollment forms are due by December 1st but I know this is late notice so I am sure they will let us in a little late. ;)

COVID-19 Advisory. While closed to public traffic, we continue remote work and virtual programming while planning for gradual resumption of onsite work.

Exciting news from our OSU Extension office - Free Membership for 2021!
There is no fee for youth to join 4-H this year in Washington County, but all participants still must enroll to keep insurance up to date. All enrollments will all be on-line and is expected to start in November!

Talk to the youth about mental health - even if (or especially if) they don’t live in your house. Check in and chat it up! Help them look for new and different opportunities to shake it up. They might really need to hear from you and have you listen to them.
