The truth is, lifting weights is no "better" for you than a long relaxing run if you are not employing them to their proper potential. You may be able to lift 1000 lbs, but if you can't play a game of tag without passing out, you'll be pretty useless o

nce it comes time to actually do something. And vice versa, supplementing your regular workouts with more focused/controlled resistance lifting is a great way to improve athletic performance. The point is, the more you do, the more you will be able to do. Flexibility, Endurance, Strength, Speed, and Explosion are all great attributes on their own, but together they improve upon each other; providing for limitless potential. Move and you will improve!

Hey guys!! I'm kicking off my park series for anyone looking to get a little extra work in before the holidays really take off! I'll be at either Whispering Woods or Betty Straddling park weekdays 8-10am as well as 5-8pm!!

I'm starting with a basic schedule spanning from high intensity intervals of strength training to endurance obstacle courses, and balance, core strength, and flexibility classes, but I'm always open to private/small group training to tackle more specific goals.

I'll be sending out more reminders as the week goes on, but I'd like to get an idea of the days, and times you'd be available if you're interested! I hope to see you out there!

I'm getting some people together this Sunday evening(9/27) on Deerfield Beach for a few games of volleyball, and a fun sand run under the Super Harvest Blood Moon(Largest full-moon of the cycle, turned red during eclipse)!

We'll be meeting around 6:30-7pm to warm-up, and play a few games of volleyball, but the run won't start until the eclipse begins(9ish pm). We'll be going from the pier to the Boca inlet, and back (2 mi.) on sand! All ages, and abilities are more than welcome to join! We'll have challenges for those who are more experienced, as well as a group that is more interested in taking in the view! I'll be creating an event in the next day or two!
