Hey guys!! I'm kicking off my park series for anyone looking to get a little extra work in before the holidays really take off! I'll be at either Whispering Woods or Betty Straddling park weekdays 8-10am as well as 5-8pm!!
I'm starting with a basic schedule spanning from high intensity intervals of strength training to endurance obstacle courses, and balance, core strength, and flexibility classes, but I'm always open to private/small group training to tackle more specific goals.
I'll be sending out more reminders as the week goes on, but I'd like to get an idea of the days, and times you'd be available if you're interested! I hope to see you out there!
