At North Broward County (FL) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, we stand committed to breaking the stigma, encouraging open conversations, and supporting the mental well-being of our community.

You are not alone. Support is available. And your mental health matters.

Here are five ways to prioritize your mental wellness this month:
💚 Protect your peace — set boundaries without guilt
💚 Check in with yourself daily — how are you really feeling?
💚 Stay connected — reach out to someone you trust
💚 Move your body — even a short walk can reset your mind
