✨️ Saturday: closed for a private party until 1 pm then we reopen at 2 pm for open play & Bluey.

✨️ Sunday: Regular open play from 11 am to 3 pm followed by prenatal yoga at 6:00 pm

Two weeks postpartum 💜

Most of my days are spent right here — on the couch, with my baby girl in my arms nursing, snuggled on my chest, or sleeping just a few feet away from me.

In between feeds, diaper changes, and trying to find little pockets of rest, I’ve been getting a tiny bit of work done here and there. And then, of course, the nights are a whole other story because newborn life means being tied to the bed with very little sleep.

We are slowly getting into a groove… but let’s be real, there really is no “groove” with a newborn. There’s just learning, adjusting, surrendering, and taking it one day at a time.

Last night I took magnesium, and honestly, I woke up feeling a little more refreshed today. I’ve been taking my vitamins, trying to nourish myself, and most importantly, really embracing this season.

I’m being intentional about soaking it in because I know this newborn cocoon won’t last forever.

To the new mom, first-time mom, or the mom in the thick of it — I just want you to know you’re not alone. It does get easier. It will get better. And even on the hard days, you are doing an amazing job.
