Today, we began something simple⦠yet profoundly powerful.
It happened spontaneously during our World Peace Meditation...
An invitation to come together - not just in one moment of meditation - but in a shared, sustained field of intention.
For the next 21 days, we are holding a collective vision:
21 Days of Unified Peace Consciousness
April 11th through May 1st.
This is not about effort.
Itās about alignment.
Each evening, just before you go to sleep, take a few quiet minutes for this practice:
ā®ļø Step 1 ā Come into a state of appreciation
Gently bring your awareness inward.
Allow yourself to feel appreciation, peace, or love ā even in the smallest way.
Let your body soften into this state.
ā®ļø Step 2 ā Hold the vision
For a couple of minutes, imagine a peaceful Earth.
See children dancing freely.
See kindness prevailing.
See harmony, cooperation, and care moving through the world.
ā®ļø Step 3 ā Feel it as real
Not as something you are hoping for...
but as something already unfolding.
Feel it in your body.
Let your heart respond.
ā®ļø Step 4 ā Rest in gratitude
Allow a sense of gratitude to arise,
as if this peace is already here.
Then drift into sleep from that place.
When we come together in shared intention, something shifts.
Not always loudly.
But deeply.
