We are a dynamic group of parents and teachers working together to make Carver great for our kids!

Behind every quiet corner, classroom door, and hallway in our schools is a moment that changed a student’s life forever. 💙

On this World Teachers’ Day, we’re honoring the small moments and big hearts that make our school whole. Thank you to our teachers for making every space a place to grow, learn, and feel seen. Teachers don’t just deliver lessons—they build confidence, offer refuge, spark lifelong passions, and remind us of who we can become.

To all of our educators: thank you for leaving your mark on our hearts, right where you stand, every single day. 🍎✨

Behind every clean hallway, shining floor, and happy smile at George Washington Carver Elementary is an incredible custodial team that pours their heart into our school!

From 9 years of dedication, to nearly 2 years of taking deep pride in our spaces, and even welcoming a brand new team member, thank you to our amazing custodians for making our school look as good as it does and for loving our kids as your own. We appreciate you more than words can say!

We’re so proud to see our Principal Fairclough honored at today’s City of Coral Gables Commission meeting in celebration of Principals Month! 🍎💙

Every day, she shows up for our students with care, encouragement, and a belief in what they can achieve. She works tirelessly to make our school a place where students feel supported and ready to grow. We’re grateful for all she does for our children, families, and staff.

It’s wonderful to see our city recognize what our school community has known all along: Principal Fairclough is one of a kind! 👏

From the green to the classroom, massive W for our today. The Masters theme for Fathers in Education Day was a literal hole-in-one, and they definitely understood the assignment. ⛳️🏆

Massive shoutout to YOU—our PTA members! You are the reason events like this, and so many other wonderful moments, are possible. Thank you!

A regular school morning turned into a memory they won’t forget. There is truly nothing quite like the pride of a student sharing their daily world. Today, we are celebrating the beautiful impact of having fathers and father figures take part in a child’s education. Bringing home and school together — that’s just how we do it.
