What a fantastic morning at Cars & Coffee! ☕🚗
So great to see so many neighbors come out — whether you brought an amazing car to exhibit, stopped by to mingle, or simply admired the beautiful lineup. Events like this are what make our community so special — great conversations, shared passions, and friendly faces all around.

Philanthropy & Giving: The community’s generous response to our Amigos for Kids Bike Drive, working alongside our neighbor Jorge Plasencia to provide much-needed bicycles to underserved children. Together, we donated 64 bikes and contributed $1,463 toward the purchase of additional bikes. Amigos for Kids expressed their appreciation and shared a video with our community.

As we wrap up 2025, we want to take a moment to reflect on all we have accomplished together as a community. This year has been marked by meaningful improvements, strong community engagement, strengthened partnerships with our security and city teams, and—most importantly—valuable resident feedback that will help guide us into 2026 with clarity and purpose. Looking Ahead to 2026: Thanks to your engagement and participation, we move into 2026 with a clearer understanding of resident priorities for community management and investment. Guided by your feedback, the Board remains committed to responsible financial stewardship, transparent communication, and continued enhancements that preserve Islands of Cocoplum’s unique character and long-term value. Most importantly, we deeply appreciate the engaged and involved community that makes all of this possible

Islands of Cocoplum Homeowners Association along with Management are asking all residents to please take extra precautions to protect your property during this Holiday Season. This is the time of year that burglaries tend to be very active. Lock your houses and vehicles. Make sure you have lights on around the outside of your home. If you are going away, put your Home on “HOUSEWATCH” so security can be aware and be extra vigilant. If you need more information about this service please call my office of ask security.
