New World Center | A landmark fusion of architecture, acoustic precision, and public engagement in Miami Beach. 🎼🏛️

Designed by Gehry Partners, this 100,641 sq. ft. home for the New World Symphony breaks traditional concert hall barriers. Behind a soaring 80-foot glass curtain wall, signature Gehry geometric shapes tumble through the atrium, while world-renowned acoustician Yasuhisa Toyota (Nagata Acoustics) shaped its innovative performance spaces. Outside, a 7,000-sq-ft projection wall faces SoundScape Park—designed by Raymond Jungles Inc.—bringing orchestral performances straight to the community.

FIU School of International and Public Affairs | A masterclass in bold geometric form and sustainable academic design by Arquitectonica. 🏛️🎓
Spanning 5,305 m² at Florida International University’s Modesto A. Maidique Campus, the building features a striking cantilevered auditorium elevated above a green central courtyard. The project represents a full integration of Arquitectonica's multidisciplinary practice, featuring landscape design by ArquitectonicaGEO and interiors by ArquitectonicaINTERIORS to create an inspiring environment for global dialogue.

Brickell Flatiron Residential Tower | Rising 64 stories above Miami’s financial district, this striking skyscraper designed by Revuelta Architecture International redefines the downtown skyline with its sweeping elliptical form and expansive continuous balconies. 🏢✨

Inspired by New York’s historic Flatiron Building, the design makes dynamic use of its triangular lot, utilizing organic curves to maximize panoramic city and bay views while reducing wind loads.

Park Grove | Nestled along Biscayne Bay in historic Coconut Grove, this 1.38-million-sq-ft residential development by OMA (led by Shohei Shigematsu) draws inspiration from Florida’s natural landscape. 🌿🌊

The undulating, organic concrete columns recall palm trunks and barrier reefs, lifting the buildings to optimize waterfront views while integrating lush gardens by Enea Garden Design. The project seamlessly connects tropical canopy living with high-design architecture.

Off-White Miami Flagship | Designed as a collaboration between AMO (OMA’s research division) and the late visionary Virgil Abloh, this 262 m² space in the Miami Design District completely rethinks traditional retail architecture. 🟧💡

Defined by a massive, operable opaque polycarbonate facade, the 2-story building functions not just as a boutique, but as a dynamic public space. Mobile display fixtures and an industrial aesthetic transform the interior into a flexible venue for fashion shows, art talks, and community events—blurring the line between commercial showroom and civic hub.

1111 Lincoln Road | An icon of contemporary infrastructure in Miami Beach. 🏛️✨

Designed by and developed by Robert Wennett, this open-air concrete landmark completely reimagined the traditional parking garage. Beyond its 300 parking spaces, the mixed-use structure integrates 11 ground-level shops, three restaurants, fifth-floor retail, a rooftop restaurant, and private luxury residences—all wrapped in dynamic, sculptural geometry.
