Thankful to be constantly progressing both mentally and physically. CrossFit has been instrumental in helping me believe in myself and achieve things I never thought I’d ever be capable of doing. and .fdn .sofla have helped me stay out of the hospital for the last 2 years, the longest stretch I’ve gone in 12 years. I’ve met some amazing people and great friends who continue to support and encourage me. I’m so glad to have found this outlet for myself. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey which is far from over. It’s only just beginning.
