Are you an avid turkey hunter who wants to tune up your skills before the 2026 Spring Turkey Season? Or are you a beginner who's going through the frustration of learning how to successfully hunt wild turkey? Maybe you're somewhere in between? What if you're just interested in turkey hunting and don't know how to get started? Well, regardless of your skill level or knowledge, the NWTF Oregon Coastal Cutters Chapter is excited to present the 2026 NWTF-Oregon Turkey Tune-Up this coming Saturday, March 21st at 8:00 AM at the Myrtle Point Sportsmen's Gun Club! This event is open to all ages, so bring the whole family for a fun filled morning with The National Wild Turkey Federation full of outdoor education, hands on learning, and participation prizes!

Both The National Wild Turkey Federation and Oregon Hunters Association are actively fighting the anti-hunting laws being presented here in Oregon! If you’re not a member of these conservation groups, please consider joining! Together we can beat this and protect our hunting heritage!

Wow! What a turnout for our sold-out 5th Annual NWTF Oregon Coastal Cutters Chapter Hunting Heritage Banquet! 300+ likeminded Sportsmen came together to celebrate Conservation with The National Wild Turkey Federation!

We want to thank everyone who has and continues to support our NWTF Oregon Coastal Cutters Chapter and all of our fellow chapters who collectively make up NWTF-Oregon!

We sure have a great community and some phenomenal partners! Pretty amazing looking at all the events NWTF & Tioga OHA are able to work together on in our area! Can’t wait to see what we can do in the future!

It is our members who attend our banquets, who donate to our cause, and who volunteer that make opportunities like the Jakes (youth), Women In The Outdoors (WITO), and Wheelin’ Sportsman (limited access abilities) events possible!

We hope you had a fun night honoring God, Country, and our Hunting Heritage with us! We look forward to seeing you all at next year’s banquet! And stay tuned for more events to be announced soon!
