We changed our time to accommodate the seniors who complained that they wanted to exercise but there bible study time collided @10-11am and still they didn't show up , 😆😅🤣 bless there hearts.
Only 3 of us, but it's not the size that matters sometimes it's the devotion.

July 23rd @ HCSA ( CCS Copperas Cove Seniors) at 10am -11 am . Missed some of our regulars but they are returning in August with a new Extra Day of Exercise/Fitness , August :Tuesday 9am ti 10 am & Thursday 9am -10am .. So far we have been going strong for almost 1 month .. thank you for your commitment and support.
