From a kindergarten diagnosis to heading into her senior year, this run has been part of Kylie’s entire journey. 💛

In 4 months from today, we’ll gather for our 12th annual—and final—Kylie Rose Run 5K.

What started as something so personal has grown into something far bigger than we ever imagined—because of all of you.

To everyone who has supported us over the years…

While the 5K is coming to a close, our nonprofit, mission, and Kylie’s Bags of Love will continue—just in new ways.

Last night we had the honor of celebrating Dr. Hord and the incredible career he has dedicated to his patients and their families. He has been Kylie’s oncologist from the very first day, and always more than a doctor to our family. While literally saving Kylie’s life, he had a way of always making her feel truly seen and supported. Kylie describes him as being a light in every room, bringing comfort and smiles even on the hardest days. We are forever grateful and wish him the very best in his retirement. 💖

Huge thank you to Ashland University and the Exercise Science students for supporting Kylie’s Bags of Love through last Sunday’s Fit Fest.

Students and community members showed up in an incredible way—donating so many items and raising money for pediatric cancer. This photo is just a small glimpse of the generosity.

We are so grateful to see college students making such a meaningful impact on our mission. 💛

150 Bags…..$15,000.00…One word: HOPE

This week, Kylie Rose’s Run is delivering 150 small burlap bags filled with hope to every active patient on the oncology floor.
Inside each bag: a $100 gift card and a small rock that simply says HOPE.
That’s $15,000 given with love — not to fix everything, but to remind each patient that they are seen, supported, and never alone. HOPE matters.
