💚💛 A CALL TO OUR BAY AREA BUSINESS COMMUNITY 💚💛

On Monday, October 12, Marshfield will welcome Sweet Home to Coos Bay for a JV football game — but this one is about so much more than football.

The Sweet Home community is grieving the heartbreaking loss of one of their young players, Mason #8, following a tragic accident on the football field.

As Mason’s teammates, coaches, families, and community make their way to Coos Bay, we would love for them to see just how much our community is standing beside them.

We’re asking local businesses with digital billboards, reader boards, marquees, or other signs to consider displaying a message of support as Sweet Home comes to town.

Something as simple as:

💚 Sweet Home, we stand with you.
💛 In honor of Mason #8. Forever a Husky.

Imagine these young athletes driving into our community and seeing message after message reminding them that they are surrounded by love and support — even miles from home.

Young people ages 12 – 18 are invited to join us from 3:30pm – 5:00pm on Wednesday, October 14 to make Frankentoys and enjoy a showing of Frankenstein (1931)!

Frankentoys are unique creatures made by taking apart old, broken, or unwanted toys and splicing their pieces back together to create something new.

No experience necessary– all supplies provided.
