At Bridges Development Center, regulation isn’t something we work on separately from learning... It's the foundation that makes learning, connection, communication, and engagement possible. ✨

Our sensory room was intentionally designed as a flexible, responsive space where children can move, explore, regulate, and reconnect with their bodies in ways that honor their individual needs. From movement and vestibular input to calming sensory experiences, every element was chosen with purpose.

This is part of what makes Bridges different:We don’t ask children to “fit” the environment. We design environments that support children. 💙
Because when children feel safe, regulated, and connected, growth follows.

We are currently enrolling our Founding Class for Fall 2026. If you’re interested in learning more about our neurodiversity-affirming, relationship-based therapeutic preschool, we’d love to connect with you.

☀️ A space designed with intention, connection, and belonging at the center.

At Bridges Development Center, we are building more than a classroom. We are creating an environment where children feel safe, supported, understood, and empowered to grow.
Rooted in the principles of DIR Floortime®, our program focuses on:
- Emotional growth
- Regulation and co-regulation
- Meaningful connection
- Engagement through play
- Supporting autonomy and each child’s unique developmental journey

Every detail of our space was designed to support relationships, curiosity, joy, and authentic learning experiences for neurodivergent children and young learners who benefit from additional developmental support.

As we prepare to welcome our Founding Class, we are incredibly excited to open our doors to families seeking a more thoughtful, responsive, and connected path forward. ✨

Now enrolling for Fall 2026.

✨ Meet Our Growing Team ✨
We’re so excited to welcome Linsay Reijmer, MOT, OTR/L to Bridges Development Center as part of our founding team.

Linsay is a pediatric occupational therapist with experience across early intervention, outpatient, and preschool settings. Her work is grounded in a relationship-based approach, supporting development through connection, play, and meaningful daily experiences.

At Bridges, Linsay will be part of our interdisciplinary team within the classroom, collaborating and co-teaching alongside our early childhood educator and speech-language pathologist because we believe growth happens through connection, play, and meaningful daily experiences.

We feel so grateful to have Linsay as part of this work.
Welcome, Linsay 💛

Founding team. ✨

Speech. Occupational therapy. Early childhood education.
Three disciplines. One shared vision.

At Bridges, this isn’t just collaboration—it’s true interdisciplinary practice. Co-teaching, learning from one another, and showing up in deep connection with children and families—grounded in DIR® Floortime.

This is what it looks like when a model is built with intention from the very beginning.

This is the team bringing it to life. 💛

We’re just getting started.

✨ Enrolling families. Building our founding class. ✨

What started as a connection between two people
a parent and a therapist—
has grown into something so much bigger.

Bridges is the result of shared vision, lived experience, and a deep belief that children deserve to be met with understanding, not expectation.

Now, we’re enrolling families for our founding class—
a group that will grow alongside us as we bring this vision to life.

Co-founders.
Moms.
Advocates.
Building something different, together. 🌈

If this feels aligned for your family, we’d love to connect.
