So I’ve heard the Tax payers paid for a salary study for the year 2022 ! study was performed by a company Burke Group. It was finalized in September of 2022 and presented to the board of representatives. I’m hearing the board is withholding this information from the people of the county. 1st did you know we are in negotiations for salaries ? 2nd the tax payers paid for this report not the county representatives ! 3rd the employees of the county deserve this report for negotiating their contract. This report and every last document was bought and paid by the people not the representatives. this is NOT their private playground and I encourage everyone to let these representatives know you as taxpayers you want the entire contract !!! With holding this information till after negotiations is wrong and dirty business but I’m certainly not surprised !!
