Our Chicken Q is almost ready. Come and experience the best meal this side of C**n Creek. We are open for business from 11am to 2pm. Don't miss youth baseball starting at noon and Legion ball at 4pm in the park.

$49.90...
That's the cost of a bronze marker placed at the graves of our veterans. Until recently Vernon County supplied these gravesite markers for our veterans at the time of internment. This practice is now discontinued due to budget cuts by Vernon County. For the men and women from our area who served in the military protecting our country, many who have suffered injuries while in uniform, some who paid with there lives while in service in the united States Military, $49.90 was deemed too steep a price to pay to honor their commitment to service at the time of their passing. Let your state and local representatives know that $49.90 is a small price to pay to let the families of our departed servicemen and women know that we honor their sacrifice.
