This Halloween, the real treat is feeding hungry kids.

Join us at FMSC - C**n Rapids for a costume-friendly packing party! Dress up (FDA-compliant, of course), pack meals, and help us send hope around the world.

What makes a costume FDA-compliant? Think flame-retardant, no paint on faces, safe to move about in, etc.

There’s something special about starting a new year together. Our C**n Rapids staff kicked off the fiscal year the way we always do: packing the first box and praying over it as a team. 💙

We’re so grateful for the amazing people who make this work possible, and we’d love for you to join us. Volunteer with us this year! https://www.fmsc.org/locations/coon-rapids-mn

Every year, the students and families at Rita's Montessori come together to fundraise for Feed My Starving Children — and this year they outdid themselves, raising $1,900 to help feed kids in need.

But as Rita puts it, the gratitude flows both ways:

"The truth of the matter is I should be thanking FMSC. Doing this fundraising with the kids feeds my soul. It's such a teaching tool, and so wonderful to see people being so generous when times are tight. It brings everyone together for those few precious moments of connection. Thank you for letting us be a part of FMSC." — Rita

It's always moving to see small hands make a big impact. And that's Rita's Montessori in a nutshell.

This is Anica, she came with her dad last Thursday, but she’s been volunteering with us for six years. She had this idea for a while, but now she decided to act on it and make her own FMSC t-shirt!

Anica says, “I like feeding kids and having the opportunity to make a difference.”

Our first ever Packathon at FMSC C**n Rapids was one for the books! 📚

Together we packed 1,551 boxes, 335,016 meals, fed 917 kids a daily meal for a year, and racked up a grocery bill of $97,154.64! This video shows our 1,000th box packed of the day!

Thank you so much to everyone who volunteered and donated to make this happen!
