Did you know that sudden cardiac arrest is the leading cause of death among young athletes? As proud supporters of the C**n Rapids Fire Department Community Fund—a 501(c)(3) nonprofit—we are excited to host our Third Annual Fire Ball Gala, on Friday, November 13, 2026, at Bunker Hills Golf Course. This event raises critical funds to purchase and install additional AEDs and Save Station Towers, while expanding CPR and AED training throughout our community.
Since our formation in 2024, the Fire Ball Gala has already delivered remarkable impact—and we can’t wait to build on that success with your help. Raised over $67,000 / Donated $7,500 to the Play for Patrick Foundation, which provides free health screenings
for students ages 15 - 25 years of age / Screened 126 students, identifying 6 definite/probable abnormal findings and 14 elevated
blood pressures / Purchased AED Save Stations for Sand Creek Athletic Complex, Riverwind Park Pickleball Courts, and three Save Station Towers for C**n Rapids High School outdoor facilities / Trained 146 kids and parents in CPR and AED use / Produced and distributed a CPR and AED training video.
