The C**n Rapids Community Strength Foundation exist to promote and enhance the quality of life in the City of C**n Rapids by supporting community celebrations and events. We strive to provide a family friendly experience, and impact our community in positive ways by sponsoring such events as the 4th of July Celebration, Music at the C**n Rapids Dam, Snow Flake Days, and many more.

Next up on the Snowflake Days schedule is the fan-favorite dinner event—the Chili Challenge! 🌶️

If you like chili, this is an event you won’t want to miss! Six local organizations will be serving up their best chili recipes, all hoping to earn one of the top prizes!

Chili Challenge Details:
📅 Thursday, Feb. 5
⏰ 5:30–7:00 p.m.
📍 Civic Center, 11155 Robinson Dr.

Tickets:
💲 $10 (ages 13+)
💲 $5 (ages 6–12)
👶 Ages 5 and under are free

The C**n Rapids Rotary Club currently holds the Chili Challenge Champion title! Who will take it this year? 🌶️🏆

Every ticket gives you a chance to vote for one of the participating organizations: C**n Rapids North Star Lions, C**n Rapids Fire Department Community Fund, C**n Rapids Police Department, C**n Rapids Lions Club, C**n Rapids Women of Today, and the C**n Rapids Rotary Club.

Proceeds benefit the 2026 C**n Rapids Community Strength Foundation events, including the Summer Concert Series, 4th of July Fireworks, Rocky’s Pumpkin Patch, and the Tree Lighting Festival.

Bring the kids to Sand Creek Park for a day of trick or treating and fall fun!

Rocky's Pumpkin Patch is Saturday, Oct. 18 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Learn about local organizations that serve youth in the C**n Rapids community like athletic associations, clubs, volunteer groups and more. There will be free pumpkins given out, only one per child, while supplies last.
