Building Relationships As We Build God's Kingdom!

10/12/2026

We love child dedication Sunday! 🥰 Dedicating your children to the Lord means committing to raise them in a godly household and environment, seeking God's help in your life, and finding a church community that will support you. Let's continue to pray over these families and come alongside them!

The Tower of Babel is another example of man's ongoing quest for fame. Making a name for oneself has been a temptation for all people since the beginning of time.

But God’s plan for you goes far beyond being famous. Your impact on this world will not be measured on popularity, likes, or how recognizable you are. God created you for a purpose, on purpose. On Purpose: A Series on the Book of Genesis continues this Sunday at Connections.

CANDY NEEDED! On Saturday, October 17, Connections Church will be at Rocky’s Pumpkin Patch at Sand Creek Park, a free community event where local youth organizations come together to create a fun day for families in C**n Rapids.

At our booth we’ll play games, hand out candy, and connect with kids and families. It’s a great opportunity to have some fun and share the love of Jesus with our neighbors.

Last year, nearly 4,000 kids attended. That's a lot of candy!

Please consider donating individually wrapped candy so we have plenty to hand out. Grab an extra bag (or two!) and bring it to Connections THIS SUNDAY.

Thank you!!!

On Sunday we focused on the story of Noah and the Ark from the book of Genesis and God's purpose for that event. Here are seven takeaways from the message.

Watch the whole message replay on our YouTube channel if you'd like to know more—the link is in our bio!

Harvest Fest might be over, but the good memories will last all season long! 🍁 Thanks to everyone who came out to worship and play together. We hope the experience was enjoyable but more importantly that it helped you draw closer to Jesus! Harvest Fest was a blast! It was great to worship Jesus together and then play together. There was something for everyone, even the littlest kiddos.
(Also RIP apple launcher - it was fun while it lasted!)

Harvest Fest 2026! Thank you to all who helped with setup, cleanup, and everything in between. And if you attended the outdoor church service, we pray that you were blessed by it and that it helped you grow closer to Jesus today. 🙌

TOMORROW: Don't show up to the church buildings because we won't be there! 🤣 Come instead to our big outdoor service and Harvest Fest at 10am! More info and directions to the location on our website (link in bio).
