No need to worry about dinner tonight, come to the C**n Rapids Snowflake Days Celebration Chili Challenge! The C**n Rapids Rotary Club was the champion last year, thanks to club member Jerry Koch, and we seek to defend our title tonight. Please join us!

Next up on the Snowflake Days schedule is the fan-favorite dinner event—the Chili Challenge! 🌶️

If you like chili, this is an event you won’t want to miss! Six local organizations will be serving up their best chili recipes, all hoping to earn one of the top prizes!

Chili Challenge Details:

📍 Civic Center, 11155 Robinson Dr.

Tickets:
💲 $10 (ages 13+)
💲 $5 (ages 6–12)
👶 Ages 5 and under are free

The C**n Rapids Rotary Club currently holds the Chili Challenge Champion title! Who will take it this year? 🌶️🏆

Every ticket gives you a chance to vote for one of the participating organizations: C**n Rapids North Star Lions, C**n Rapids Fire Department Community Fund, C**n Rapids Police Department, C**n Rapids Lions Club, C**n Rapids Women of Today, and the C**n Rapids Rotary Club.

Proceeds benefit the 2026 C**n Rapids Community Strength Foundation events, including the Summer Concert Series, 4th of July Fireworks, Rocky’s Pumpkin Patch, and the Tree Lighting Festival.

Help C**n Rapids mayor Jerry Koch win a friendly competition with Anoka mayor Erik Skogquist while helping those in need!

The goal of the Food Drive Competition is to see which city can collect the most pounds of non-perishable food for the ACBC Food Shelf. The competition runs Monday, Nov. 10 through Friday, Nov. 21.

Donations can be dropped off at City Hall during regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (City Hall is closed Tuesday, Nov. 11 for the Veterans Day holiday).

Our club was visited yesterday by Rotary District 5960 Governor Glenn Bowers, who spoke to our club about all of the great things happening around the district and in Rotary International. It was an honor to host Glenn and we appreciate his service to Rotary.

The room is ready for C**n Rapids Rotary - Octoberfest Sampler '25, we can’t wait to see you there! With great food, beverage sampling, music by Small Town Radio, games, raffles, and silent auction, it’s sure to be the best night of your October. The funds we raise go to support programs at C**n Rapids High School, so you can have fun and support the community. What a win-win! Tickets are $40 and can be purchased at the door.

Tomorrow is the big day for the C**n Rapids Rotary - Octoberfest Sampler '25! The Club is excited to have you join us for great night and to help raise funds for programs at C**n Rapids High School. We have a terrific line-up of games, silent auction items and raffle prizes ready for tomorrow. Here is a sneak peak of the raffle prizes. Tickets for the raffle are sold separately - $5.00 for one ticket/chance or $20.00 will buy you five (no limit on the number of tickets you can purchase). UPDATED - Elm Creek Brewing Company has been added, we now have seven vendors providing samples on Thursday!

Beverage sampling has always been a popular feature of the C**n Rapids Rotary - Octoberfest Sampler '25 and will be again this year. We have seven great vendors that have committed to pour samples of their beer, seltzers or spirits, including:

Invictus Brewing Co., Lupulin Brewing Company, Torg Brewery, Isanti Spirits Distillery, Castle Danger Brewery, Rail Werks Brewing Depot and Elm Creek Brewing Co. These great companies donate their time and beverage samples to help make our fundraiser a success. The C**n Rapids Rotary Club is thankful for their partnership!
