Mesquite Tree Festival - Coolidge Texas "The Mesquite Tree Festival" started in 1984 and was originally called, "Coolidge Celebration". Now we help our city also.

This non-profit organization was started to let the citizens of Coolidge get out and celebrate together.

Due to weather, the street dance has been moved to the Civic Center—but the fun is still ON! 🎶

🎤 Kala Black kicks things off at 8 PM
🎸 Followed by PushWater to end the night with a bang!

So come on out tomorrow, enjoy some great music, and have a whole lot of fun!

Let the Mesquite Tree Festival cook for you tonight! Yummy fish plates that are always a HIT year after year!

Each plate comes with fish, fries, hush puppies, and Ms. Angie’s delicious coleslaw! Wash it all down with sweet or unsweet tea.

$15 a plate to fill ya up and make ya happy! Plates will start being served at 530pm!

You can stay and eat or just swing by for a plate to take home.

We are bringing back the 50/50 raffle tonight at the fish fry! $5 a card for a chance to win $130!

🌳👑 Mesquite Tree Pageant Update 👑🌳

We wanted to let our community know that the 2026 Mr. & Miss Mesquite Tree Pageant has been cancelled due to low entries.

We sure hate it, but we understand that sometimes life gets busy. We truly appreciate everyone who showed interest and support—it means more than you know. 💛

We’re already looking forward to next year and would love to see more sweet faces take the stage. We encourage everyone to consider signing up for the 2027 Mr. & Miss Mesquite Tree Pageant and be sure to get those entries in before the cutoff date when it opens.

Let’s make next year bigger and better for our community! 🌟
