🚨 Important Northside Carnival Update 🚨
Due to a continued shortage of volunteers, we have made the difficult decision to change the Northside Carnival hours. The carnival will now take place from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM.

We want to be transparent with our families — right now, we only have enough parent volunteers to staff booth games for about one hour of the event. If we cannot fill more volunteer spots, especially during the 6:30–7:30 PM shift, we may have to close booths early or reduce activities throughout the night.

This carnival is all about creating a fun and memorable experience for our students, but we urgently need our Northside community to come together and help make that possible. Even volunteering for just one hour can make a huge difference for our kids. ❤️

⏰ Parents only have until tomorrow to sign up so we have enough time to properly plan and prepare for the carnival.

🚨 URGENT: Northside Families — We Need Volunteers NOW! 🚨
Friday’s Northside Spring Carnival is almost here, and while the weather forecast is finally looking clear ☀️, we are still critically LOW on volunteers to run our game booths.

Without enough help, several booths may have to CLOSE, which means fewer games and activities for our students. Our carnival depends on these booths to create the fun, exciting, family atmosphere our kids look forward to every year. 🎪🎟️

Northside PTA cannot make this event happen without the support and help of our Northside families.

🎡 Northside’s Annual Carnival is almost here, and we need your help to make it happen! 🎉

We are so excited for a fun-filled evening of games, laughter, food, and Northside spirit , but we urgently need more parent volunteers to make this event happen.

Right now, we still have many booth shifts that need to be filled. Without enough volunteers, we may have to reduce parts of the carnival or close booths early. Simply put: we cannot make this event successful without your help.

Every year, our families and students look forward to this event, and volunteering is what keeps the carnival running. Even giving just one hour of your time makes a huge difference and helps ensure all of our kids can enjoy the full experience. ❤️

Works with students and staff to support and grow student leadership opportunities and engagement during the school year.

⭐ Volunteer Coordinator
Organizes and communicates with parent volunteers and room parents while helping coordinate support for school events and activities.
