Dear Fellow Residents,
We are writing to you today to express our concern about the potential negative effects of allowing the county to determine what will be built in our community.
We believe that it is essential for us to have a say in the development of our community. By creating the Cool Pilot Hill Community Plan, we can establish specific guidelines for new development projects that will be more in harmony with our natural environment, support local businesses, and enhance the quality of life for our residents.
If we do not act now, we will lose control over the development of our community. We will see new developments that are not in line with our values and priorities, and we will lose the character that makes our community unique.
We are reaching out to you today to ask for your participation in the creation of Cool Pilot Hill Community Plan as an Overlay District to the General Plan of El Dorado County. By working together to create these guidelines, we can ensure that our community is developed in a way that aligns with our shared values of sustainability, preserving natural resources, and supporting local businesses.
Your participation in this process is critical. We need your input and feedback to ensure that the Overlay District truly reflects all of the voices, needs and desires of our local community. By coming together and sharing your perspectives, we can create a vision for our community's future that reflects our shared values and priorities.
We believe that this is an exciting opportunity for our community to come together and shape our future. By participating in the creation of the Community Overlay District, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our community's development for years to come.

Community Plan Meeting: Monday 10AM April 10th at the Holiday Market. Zoom will be Available
CPHAC general meeting: 6PM on April 17th, at the Pilot Hill Grange located in Cool CA on rt 193, and share your ideas and feedback. Your voice is important, and we look forward to hearing from you.
