We're going to have a CAMS meeting Sunday 6-14 at the Cookport Fairgrounds.

The pulls are still on for tomorrow. Slight change of plans, the scales by the announcer's booth are non-functioning. We will be using the scales at the bottom track to weigh in. We are pulling at the top track. Everything else should be the same as always.

Since our April 25th pull rained out, pur rain date is this coming Saturday May 16th.

Well, we waited as long as possible...we're going to have to cancel the tractor pull scheduled for tomorrow due to projected rain. We're going to reschedule for next month May 16.

Antique Tractor Transfer (Western Style) Pull Rules and Regulations
Tractors 1959 and older or production models that started in 1959
NON CUT TIRE CLASS
3000 – 8000lbs in 500lb Increments
$15.00 Hook Fee
1. You Must be a C.A.M.S. Member to Pull!
2. All tractors must be in production before 1959!
a. Allis Chalmers – D15, D17, D19 or any older model.
b. Case – 600, 700, 800 or any older model.
c. Ferguson – any model.
d. Ford – 681, 881 or any older model.
e. International – 340, 460, 560 or any older model.
f. John Deere – all two cylinder models.
g. Massy Ferguson – 30, 50, 65, 85.
h. Massy Harris – any model.
i. Minneapolis Moline – 4 Star, 5 Star or any older model.
j. Oliver – 660, 770, 880 or any older model
3. Tractors may be entered in 2 classes max, but only once in each CLASS. Sign in and scales open 8:00am. Start time 9:00am. You must be signed in before the class starts. NO REFUNDS!
4. No tractor equipped with dual wheels, four wheel drive or chains permitted. (Steel wheels and crawlers are encouraged if within year.)
5. An Insurance Release Form must be signed before pulling onto the scales.
6. Weight will include driver. No weight or driver changes permitted after weigh – in. All weights will be of factory manufacture. No weight will interfere with hookup of sled. A minimum of 12 inches square shall be open around the drawbar.
7. All suitcase weights must be on a satisfactory bracket and be secured so that they are safe and do not rattle or flop around. All round wheel weights shall be bolted into place and can only be used on the axle and wheels, unless they are secured on a bracket. No loose or chained weights will be permitted. No weight shall extend more than 12 inches past the trailing edge of the rear tires and can’t be more than 11 feet from the center of the rear axle to the furthest point forward. Any weights, that by the discretion of the judge are, unsafe or unsecured will be removed or the tractor will not be permitted to compete.
8. Drawbar height will be a maximum of 18 inches from ground. All manufactured drawbars must be RIGID with no vertical free float. All OEM drawbars will be at the Judge’s Discretions if it within the requirements. Pulling rings will be accepted. Must have two bolts no less than ½” in diameter and no less than grade 5.This will be checked on the scales. C.A.M.S. reserves the right to re-weigh your tractor and/or check your drawbar height at any time. If there is no ring a pin and clevis should be used. If there is not one, then one will be provided.
9. Maximum tire size: 3000lb – 6000lb classes 15.5 – 38 and under. 6500lb – 8000lb classes 16.9 – 38 and under. NO CUT, ALTERED, OR SHARPENED TIRES!!! Any tire or rim in question will be allowed or rejected by at least two people from the track officials.
10. Any gear is allowed, however, there will be a 3.5 mph limit. There is a ONE horn warning for speeding. If 2nd horn sounds or if the horn is blowing continually with no indication of the driver slowing down he will be flagged and disqualified! Any questions or problems that arise will be handled by the track officials.
11. Track Officials have the right to stop any contestant’s tractor at anytime when being operated in an unsafe manner. Judge’s decision is final. No Alcohol on the grounds. This is grounds for Disqualification from the event.

8. During the pull when a tractor goes out of bounds, which is determined by the judges, that pull attempt is disqualified. If the DQ happens during the 1st attempt, a 2nd attempt is granted with placement if wanted. If the DQ happens on the 2nd attempt, that attempt will be disqualified and the 1st attempt will be the official measurement.
9. Track Officials have the right to stop any contestant’s tractor at anytime when being operated in an unsafe manner. Judge’s decision is final. No Alcohol on the grounds. This is grounds for Disqualification from the event.

Now that we're getting closer to the 2026 tractor pull season, we'd like to pass on some information from the C.A.M.S. club.

First, the dates for the 2026 season are as follows....

APRIL 25TH
JUNE 25TH THRU 27TH
JULY 18TH
SEPTEMBER 19TH

Next, we will have classes for non-cut tire tractors, as well as top-cut tire classes this year.

We also have the points system again to keep everything more interesting. Here are the rules for the points system both un-cut tire and top-cut tire classes.

TOP CUT AND NON CUT CLASSES
Entry Fee is included in HOOK FEE!!
1. You Must be a C.A.M.S. Member to Pull!
2. All tractors will be distinguished by serial number or by certain characteristics
3. A tractor must be hooked to and attempt to move sled to receive hook points
4. CAMS will put on 4 points pulls, April, the June Show, July, and the Fair pull in September. Only the top 3 attempts will be counted towards the points total, hence you can miss a pull and still get the maximum point total.
5. Ties to be settled by total points accumulated through the 4 pulls first then by total distance pulled
6. More rules and regulations maybe required by the CAMS pulling committee when needed.
