Elizabeth Bucher || Agency Executive Director

Hope Adoption Agency is pleased to introduce its new Agency Director, Elizabeth Bucher. Elizabeth has been with the agency since 2023, previously serving as the Adoptive Family Advocate. Elizabeth looks forward to leading Hope Adoption into this next season while remaining committed to its mission: empowering women to choose life while equipping forever families through Christ-centered adoption services.
Elizabeth is a Cookeville native and a Tennessee Tech graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, concentration in Social Work. She has previous work experience as a case manager for the Department of Children’s Services, as well as a home study writer for Youth Villages.
She is married to her college-sweetheart, Christian. Together, they have three children: Ava, Norah and Brin, who they love raising in the same town where they grew up. Adoption is deeply personal and meaningful for Elizabeth and her family, as they welcomed their youngest child through international adoption in 2019.
When not at the office, you can find Elizabeth at the soccer field watching her kids play and her husband coach."

Donald and Brittany have been together for 11 years and cannot wait to add a new member to their family! They enjoy spending time with friends and family and getting plugged in at church. They enjoy their careers and traveling on new adventures!

Everyone help us love and welcome Mrs. Ashonda Deason to the agency as our new administrative assistant! We are so thrilled and honored to have her join our staff.

She holds her Business Management degree from Tennessee Technological University. Before joining Hope, Ashonda was an administrative assistant at Highland Rim Academy.

Ashonda and her husband, Daniel, have three children - Ella, Evan, and Cyrus. Adoption is personal for Ashonda as her family welcomed their youngest member Cyrus through adoption. We are so grateful to have her on staff!

Lee and Lauren Wilson

Lee and Lauren love outdoor adventures and spending time with their extended families! They first bonded over mountain biking and the adventures haven’t stopped since. They love to travel and make new memories along the way.
