The Paul Bunyan Foundation

The Paul Bunyan Foundation Jack Bunyan Foundation, Inc. is an environmental organization based in Victorville, California. Contact us today to support our worthy cause.

We are committed to increasing forestation, saving wildlife, and lowering CO2 levels in our atmosphere. Everyone alive produces carbon dioxide, and the carbon footprint of our society is growing bigger by the day. As the amount of carbon in the atmosphere grows, more and more heat is trapped, and the planet warms. At the Paul Bunyan Foundation, we believe in doing our part to bring the Earth back

into balance. Planting trees is a simple and effective way to reduce the amount of carbon in the atmosphere and create a cleaner planet for everyone. Our founder was inspired by a high school agriculture teacher back in 1949. As a member of Future Farmers of America and 4-H, he knew the legend of Paul Bunyan, the giant lumberjack. He decided to create his own legend about John Bunyan, Paul's son. John Bunyan planted a tree for every one his father cut down. We began our work by planting 28,000 trees on 40 acres of the original homestead. We are now reaching out to other people around the world who want to join us in our mission. Our vision is to involve one million people worldwide in planting trees to reduce CO2 emissions, impact global warming, and provide a balanced habitat for plants and animals, without penalizing business and industry.
