The North Georgia Live Steamers (NGLS) is an incorporated non-profit miniature outdoor railroad club

The North Georgia Live Steamers (NGLS) is an incorporated non-profit miniature outdoor railroad that encourages and assists others interested in the construction of scale steam engines, locomotives and railroad equipment through fellowship with others in the Live Steam hobby. Our railroad is called the Conyers & Hightower Trail Railroad which is located next to the Steeple Chase Grounds at the Geo

rgia International Horse Park. Today we have more than a mile of track on the ground with more being added to our 35 acres each year.

At this point, the outer loop and Grandma Line are operational, but we encourage steam engines to go through the area slowly the first couple of times to make sure everything is smooth.
