One week later, the impact of this conversation is still being felt.

During National Apprenticeship Week, Restoration Storehouse Center brought together community leaders, educators, workforce professionals, and development partners for a powerful discussion focused on apprenticeship programs, trade skills training, workforce readiness, and professional development opportunities right here in Rockdale County, Georgia.

This event was more than a panel discussion — it was a reminder that collaboration creates opportunity, and opportunity creates stronger communities.

From mentorship and career pathways to hands-on training and leadership development, the conversation centered around preparing the next generation for long-term success.
