Just a gentle reminder…

Sometimes people mix up roles, responsibilities, and value—whether individuals or companies—trying to cut labor costs while expecting more than what was agreed.

So the real question becomes:
Is the energy balanced?
And this goes for anything.

When it comes to my work:
I provide the blueprint—you operate (guidance).
If you want me to build the blueprint and operate your company, that’s a completely different level of service and performance.

Not every service includes everything.
A tax preparer inputs what you provide—that’s their role irs compliance (Anything more is a gift)
But when someone is finding deductions, credits, and guiding you on how to save next year… that’s a tax advisor/strategist—a higher level of service.

Just like in life:
Assistant → CNA → RN → Doctor → Specialist
