RARE Diamonds CDC "Polishing one DIAMOND at a time" We will team our young ladies up with mentors and role models that they can aspire to be.

Emotional Support: RDCDC will strive to help young ladies find their strengths and inner beauty which will allow them to SHINE! Our goal is to decrease the following societal issues plaguing some of our young ladies today, such as teen pregnancy, substance abuse, self-esteem and bullying. Academic Guidance: RDCDC will offer a positive academic atmosphere to support young ladies in elementary, midd

le, high school and college. This will be done by educating and providing these young ladies with the tools necessary to be successful in school. RDCDC hopes to increase high school and college graduation rates through these services. Career Coaching: RDCDC will provide resources to assist our young ladies in discovering their career passion and exploring career options.
