The Lead Advocate plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive support, advocacy, and resources to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. The Lead Advocate directly supervises the advocate team and is responsible for supporting consistent, high-quality advocacy and shelter services across all shifts. This position serves as a primary liaison between the advocate team and administrative staff, helping ensure clear communication, accountability, and implementation of Rise House policies, procedures, and programs.
