Meet Carolyn! She has been teaching Pilates with Coastal Carolina YMCA for more than 15 years. Her experience as a dancer and a public school teacher influence her teaching style, offering differing challenge levels and making class fun. She has a passion for low-impact exercise and strengthening and loves helping people achieve their health goals!

My name is Teresa Lively, and my fitness journey has been fueled by a love for movement, music, and community. I specialize in leading high-energy group classes, including Zumba, Zumba Toning, Step Aerobics, and Stretching. These formats allow me to combine rhythm, fun, and functional fitness in a way that uplifts both body and spirit.
Over the years, I've seen how dance-based fitness and mindful stretching can transform not just physical health, but confidence and emotional well-being too. My classes are designed to be inclusive, motivating, and full of positive energy—whether you're just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level.
