Conway Area Leadership Institute

Conway Area Leadership Institute Conway Area Leadership Institute began in 1988 as the Faulkner County Leadership Institute. Since then, more than 800 leaders have completed the program.

The Conway Area Leadership Institute (formerly FCLI) prepares emerging leaders to serve the Conway community. Through shared experiences and frequent interactions, participants will engage in an eight-month curriculum inspired by Conway2025.

On Thursday February 4th, 2021, Conway Area Leadership Institute will recognize two outstanding leaders at its CALI Graduation and Awards Ceremony. Submit your nomination(s) for the Community Impact Award and the Dan Nabholz Award. Do you know a deserving leader in the business or non-profit community? Honor them with a nomination today!

The Dan Nabholz Award will be presented to a CALI graduate who has exhibited special leadership qualities and dedication to Faulkner County.

The Community Impact Award will be presented to an individual who has demonstrated strong leadership in the community but has not graduated from the leadership program.

Award recipients will be selected by a panel composed of CALI Graduates and the Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee. Nominations must be submitted on or before January 15, 2021.
