East Bear Paw Trail Network

East Bear Paw Trail Network This is the East Bear Paw Grounds page. A portal for information about the Tin Mountain Conservation's East Bear Paw trail network.

East Bear Paw is a parcel of land owned by Tin Mountain Conservation. It is a resource for forestry, nature conservancy, education and outdoor non-motorized recreation. Contained within the Bear paw property is a trail network, approximately 6 miles long, that is excellent for beginner mountain biking, hiking and trail running. The trail network (known by some as "The Stateline Trails") was origin

ally built without authorization over the last 14 years but has recently been adopted by Tin Mountain on the condition that the problem areas, due to poor layout, build or location, be redesigned and made environmentally viable and sustainable. To do this Tin Mountain has designated trail stewards: Jotham Oliver and Chris Krug. This page is an access point through which to contact all three in a central location and to share thoughts, ideas and suggestions.
