The Section of EMS has approved the foundation to make cards with your certification level ( they are just as official as the one on your portal) but you have to down load it, print it, cut it and then place it in one of those self-lamination pouches that you get from Staples or Walmart and they are still flimsy. These are hard PVC type cards and are laminated just like your Drivers License, we also have done EMS Service ID’s, we can possibly duplicate or create on ID for you. We also do Retired cert cards and have a special QR code for them. The cost is $10+shipping for license cards but if it is a service that will have multiple or recuring orders it will be $8.00 each plus shipping and this includes fire departments paid or volunteer.
