Children’s Camp at the Jerusalem Site 🇿🇲

We’re grateful to finally have the opportunity to reach the children in this community and share the love of God with them.

📖 “First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith is being reported all over the world.”
- Romans 1:8

Our recent graduates, Wise and Eviness, helped lead the event and ministered to the children during their discipleship classes. Pastor Nyumba, who is reaching out to this community, shared his appreciation for the time and effort invested in the children.

The Gospel is being preached, children are being discipled, and new communities are being reached. What a joy to see what God is doing at the Jerusalem site!

July’s Children’s Camp at Zimba Central Kids Camp was a great opportunity to encourage children to grow not only in their faith, but also in the way they relate to others.

The children studied Luke 2:52:
“And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.”

Through the teaching, they learned that they can develop healthy relationships by treating others with kindness, fairness, and love through Christ.

We’re grateful for every opportunity to invest in the next generation and help them grow in God’s Word.

Meet Joshua💧

Joshua has led our well repair team from the very beginning. Trained by World Vision, he has more than 20 years of experience in well repair and has faithfully served communities across Zambia for the past decade through One Million Children.

His commitment goes beyond repairing wells. Joshua also trains and mentors the young men who serve alongside him, helping prepare the next generation to serve their communities.

He is a dedicated servant of Jesus Christ who continues to use his skills to help bring clean water to those who need it most.

For ten years, our well repair team has been helping provide access to clean water in some of the most remote areas of Zambia. 💧

Over the years, the team has repaired nearly 1,000 wells, helping communities regain access to a resource that is essential to everyday life.

A broken well can create a major crisis for an entire village. Restoring these wells not only provides clean water, but also creates opportunities for our team to serve communities and share the Gospel.

Each well repair costs approximately $1,000.

Our goal is not simply to graduate students, it’s to EQUIP DISCIPLES who will go and make disciples.

After completing their training, our graduates return to their communities with the knowledge, practical experience, and confidence to share the Gospel, strengthen local churches, and invest in the next generation.

We send them out trusting that God will guide their steps and use them to advance His Kingdom throughout Zambia and beyond.
