Guess what was just installed on the grounds of the Faulkner County Courthouse? Our America 250! Patriots Marker! We’ll have a dedication ceremony in June.

I kid you not, within 5 minutes of installing we had our first visitor.

State Conference 2026 - Friday
We had a great luncheon. The highlight, of course, was when two members won door prizes.

The evening banquet was also a great event and a wonderful way to end the conference.

Cadron Post regent Cheryl Lyons and vice regent Lynn Tanguay enjoyed their adventure today in the search for Adam Kuykendall Sr.’s grave at the McMillen Cemetery in Bono; the only Rev War Patriot buried in Faulkner County. Our chapter is going to mark his grave sometime in 2026 and this was our opportunity to go take a look at the cemetery to see what we could find. Big thanks to Ann Turney from the General William Lewis chapter for all her help in connecting us with people who will help with this project.

Cadron Post continues its efforts to reduce plastic waste in landfills by participating in the NexTrex Recycling Challenge. Yesterday, we dropped off 18 bags of plastic, totaling 146 pounds.

A BIG shout-out to The Kitchen Store for their continued support of our project and for the over 70 pounds of plastic they recently donated.
