Neighbors, please abide by the Water Curtailment Plan for the remainder of the year.

Current Restrictions:
Phase Three

INVOLUNTARY REDUCTION IN WATER USAGE:

All outdoor irrigation is suspended.

Customers will be allowed minimum hand watering of potted plants and flower beds using hand-held containers.

Commercial, Industrial and Institutional customers may be required to decrease their process water usage.

Vehicles may be washed only at either high pressure, low water usage car washes or, if at home, using a pressure washer or a garden hose with a shut-off nozzle.

Residential swimming pools may not be filled from empty. Pools can be topped off.

Fire hydrant water shall only be used for fighting fires or as approved by Conway Corp.

Splash pads which do not recycle or treat their water for reuse must cease operation.

Someone mentioned they may have seen a dog similar in our neighborhood, so be on the lookout if you see anything! The dog's home is in Centennial.

Thank you to everyone who shared our post and assisted in the search. We greatly appreciate the support of our community and are thankful Mr. Gauteau has been found safe.

The Conway Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Louis Wayne Gauteau, who has been reported missing.

Mr. Gauteau was last seen around 7:30 p.m. on July 26, 2026, after leaving Brookdale Senior Living, located at 1160 Hogan Lane, on foot with his walker.

Description:

86-year-old white male
5’7”, approximately 140 lbs.
Gray hair
Brown eyes
Wearing a gray shirt and blue shorts
Has a bandage covering stitches on his left arm
Walks with a walker
Suffers from dementia

Family and caregivers advise that Mr. Gauteau enjoys being outdoors and may have wandered toward nearby wooded areas or other natural surroundings.

If you live or work near the Hogan Lane area, please take a moment to check your property, including wooded areas, sheds, garages, porches, and other places where someone may seek shelter or rest.

If you see Mr. Gauteau, please do not assume someone else has already called. Stay with him if it is safe to do so and immediately contact the Conway Police Department at 501-450-6120 or call 911.

Customers must water their lawns, gardens and shrubs on opposite days:

✅Even numbered side of the street may water on Monday, Thursday and Saturday

✅Odd numbered side of street may water on Sunday, Tuesday and Friday

❎No watering may be done on Wednesday

For example, if your house number is 5120, you may water only on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. If your house number is 5125, you may water on Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday.

The Centennial Valley neighborhood garage sale is THIS WEEKEND!

Sale dates are Friday, April 24 and Saturday, April 25 from 7AM-NOON. As most of you know, weather is not looking great for tomorrow, and it will be up to each house if they choose to participate tomorrow or not. Some may end up doing Fri/Sat, Sat only, or Sat/Sun.

Below is also a graphic showing the addresses that have signed up, so start making your route list for those mornings to go shopping! There will also be other houses joining that are not on this list, so just keep your eye out for others in the neighborhood. Share if you are a homeowner to help get the word out!
