Mission Statement--In partnership with our community, CAPCA is committed to administering high-quality programs and services that address economic need, educate, and promote the self-sufficiency of eligible participants. Office of Community Services-LIHEAP, CSBG Case Management, Emergency Solutions (Homeless Prevention & Rapid Rehousing), TEFAP. Head Start, Early Head Start, and Migrant Seasonal Head Start. United Way, USDA-Child and Adult Care Food Program.

We are absolutely blown away by the kindness of our community!! Thanks to the generous donations from James Bargar, Landon Sanders, Preston Sanders, and Evan Hogue, tonight we served appx 40-50 meals to the individuals staying at the Conway Emergency Shelter and the employees working there.
Patron in Conway was generous, to provide us enough food at a discount, to make this happen. We served chicken & steak fajitas, rice, beans, cheese dip and all the extras. Thank you Julio Nunez
Our group, Lisa Bramlett, Lisa Faye, Shelley Nicks, Brittnee Talley, Casey Dubois, Bethany Gibson Neal, Gina Freeman-Hernandez, Bob & Delores Makara, James Gooch and I setup an icecream bar with all the toppings you could want.
These folks were so grateful and thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. I can't thank you all enough. 💛 This makes the 4th time this year that we have been able to do this for them and it's because of your giving hearts, that make it possible.
