CAPCA Community Action Program for Central Arkansas CAPCA is a nonprofit organization that receives funding from multiple sources. Arkansas Energy Office Weatherization.

Mission Statement--In partnership with our community, CAPCA is committed to administering high-quality programs and services that address economic need, educate, and promote the self-sufficiency of eligible participants. Office of Community Services-LIHEAP, CSBG Case Management, Emergency Solutions (Homeless Prevention & Rapid Rehousing), TEFAP. Head Start, Early Head Start, and Migrant Seasonal Head Start. United Way, USDA-Child and Adult Care Food Program.

We can’t say enough about this amazing group of ladies from Hendrix College Alumni! ❤️

Whenever The Conway Emergency Shelter has a need, they are always there to help. We are so grateful for their continued love, support, and generosity toward our shelter and our homeless community.

We are so blessed to have such a faithful group of supporters who continue to show up for the Conway Emergency Shelter and our clients. ❤️

Our clients absolutely love it when this group comes to the shelter! Their kindness, generosity, and willingness to give their time mean so much to all of us.

A special thank you to Betsy and James Gooch, Lisa and Greg Bramlett, Shelley Nicks, Ashley and Zack Lorton, and Brittnee Talley for continuing to be such a blessing to the Conway Emergency Shelter and the people we serve.
