Investing in women. Building skills. Strengthening our industry's future workforce.

Through our partnership with Caterpillar, we're creating opportunities for women in the field to learn, grow, and lead! As we kick off , hear from WofA President Rachel Quam on why this investment matters.

Over the next six weeks, we'll be introducing the six women preparing for Caterpillar's Paving Operations Training this December. Stay tuned as we celebrate their journeys!

The world lost an undeniable force, a cultural icon, and a true champion of the working class with the passing of Dolly Parton. ✨

Dolly showed us what it meant to work hard, stand tall, and own your place at the table with grace, grit, and authenticity.

What many outside our industry might not know is that Dolly’s connection to asphalt was deeply personal. Her beloved husband of nearly six decades, Carl Dean, built his career running an asphalt paving business in Tennessee. While Dolly was out lighting up global stages, Carl was on the pavement.

Dolly’s legacy is a reminder that no job is too tough, no barrier is too thick, and no path is impossible to pave.🩷
