We are a diverse flooding advocacy group of citizens, homeowners and business owners that believes flooding and overdevelopment lead to adverse effects that harm our quality of life, property values, public safety and economic growth in South Carolina.

Friendly Reminder: Horry County Planning Commission Meeting with be this Thursday and the commission will vote on agenda items. Rezoning requests will be sent to the Horry County Council for their approval. Concerns should be directed to council after the commission meeting/vote.

Horry County Rising members often speak during public input to ensure Horry County Council understands how important this issue is to us and to remind them that flooding must remain at the top of their priorities.
