SEALED BIDS / PROPOSALS WANTED

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Conway Springs Development Foundation is accepting proposals for the purchase of the real property located at 121 S. 7th St., Conway Springs, KS 67031.

Property Overview:
- Square Footage: 3,500
- Lot Size: 75’ x 140’. 10,533 sq. ft.
- Key Features: roof new in 2018, A/C units new in 2020, and water heater new in 2023. Basement with two bathrooms and full kitchen.

Submission Requirements:
- Please email [email protected] for a Request for Proposals Packet, which contains all submission information.
- All offers must be mailed to Conway Springs Development Foundation, PO Box 326, Conway Springs, KS 67031.
- Submission Deadline is July 31, 2026, at 5 p.m.

Terms and Conditions:
The property is being sold "as-is, where-is." The Conway Springs Development Foundation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. They may also waive any informalities in the bidding process.

📅 UPDATE (1/7): Due to expected weather conditions, the outage has been rescheduled to the backup date of Jan. 17.

🚧 Planned Power Outage – Conway Springs 🚧

We're working with our generation and transmission provider, Sunflower Electric Power Corporation, on a planned power outage to complete critical transmission line repairs serving the Conway Springs substation.

🕛 When: Saturday, Jan. 17, from 12 a.m. (midnight) to approx. 7 a.m. CT

While crews expect the work to take less time, the full time window allows for safe completion of repairs.

⚡ What to expect:
• Power will be back-fed to the north side of Conway Springs to maintain service for select locations, including the veterinary clinic, Hired Man’s Grocery, and Dollar General.
• All other Conway Springs members should plan for a temporary interruption during this time.
