We were excited to be part of Nashua’s Multicultural Festival!

The event brought together people from a variety of cultural backgrounds to share, learn, connect, and celebrate the diversity within our community. It was also a great opportunity to connect with other organizations and community members.

Our table’s activity focused on growth. Participants were invited to write something they felt was special about themselves on a cup and create a pipe cleaner flower to place inside. Some participants took their flowers home, while others left theirs behind, creating a garden filled with thoughtful reflections.

We’re grateful to have been part of such a meaningful celebration of culture, community, and individuality!

THS Manchester had a wonderful time connecting with Manchester NH Police! They enjoyed spending time with Officers Derek Feather, Chad Tennis, Steve Duquette, and Brian O’Leary. They also had the opportunity to meet Manchester PD’s new community dog, Chip! Everyone loved getting to meet him, give him some pets, and watch him show off a few tricks. They enjoyed a beautiful day filled with pizza, co****le, and connection. We are so grateful for the opportunity to build relationships with our local officers and spend time together in the community!
Thank you to Manchester PD for spending the afternoon with us. We look forward to more opportunities like this!

As we near the end of September and Su***de Prevention Month, we want to remind you: you are not alone, you are enough, and you belong. 💚

We’re so grateful to some of our incredible staff and participants who came together to walk in the NAMI Maine Walk to support mental health, raise awareness, and help end the stigma surrounding mental illness.

And we’re keeping the momentum going! We’ll be at the NAMI New Hampshire Walk this weekend alongside our community, continuing to walk for mental health awareness, connection, and hope. We’d love to see you there!
