Huge thank you to all the members that helped today, and the visitors that came from far and wide to hang out purchase and visit our post.

We are most humbled by your generosity and your patience. Today was a test of fortitude of our post. And we passed!!! Huge thank you Post 541, to Squadron 541 and Auxiliary Unit 541, and Riders Chapter 541 for their assistance in the canteen business today!!! Our canteen and our post are better off for it. It was a struggle to keep up but everyone kept their temper and patience and we got through it.

Thank you to the customers that came from far and wide, literally across the nation, with an appetite and a thirst and the patience to get us through today!

Thanks to Dean Maag and friends for playing the music outside! I'm sure it was great even though I never got to hear one note of it!

Thanks to our American Legion Veterans for their support in all of our SAL endeavors and their continuing support of all things in our community!

We will have live music OUTSIDE for locomotive day June 6th at our Post from 10.30AM to 12.30PM. $2 "Big Boy" cans and hot beef sandwiches with fresh cut frys for a grab and go special.
