VBS is on a roll!

We are having so much fun this summer! There is NO VBS TONIGHT due to the weather forecast, but we will pick back up on Thursday! If you haven’t come out yet, you’re welcome to join us Thursday and/or Friday!

LifeWise VBS is coming!

MONDAY NIGHT (JUNE 15) Agents of Courage Vacation Bible School kicks off! Join us all week long 6/15-6/19 from 6-8p to dive into the Word of God and learn what it means to live in confidence--trusting in God's goodness and character no matter what!

This is open to students K-6 in the area, whether actively enrolled in a LifeWise program or not! This is a free week long event that will surely bring fun to the summer!

We Need Hands on Help in the Classroom!

Be a classroom volunteer, what we call a "shepherd" for the 2026-2027 school year! Come into our classroom and help assist our teacher and serve our students. This is a position where you will certainly serve, but you will be blessed simultaneously as you get to witness firsthand the growth and excitement of our students! You will grow personally in your relationship with Jesus and have fun doing it! From passing out papers to taking attendance, you will look after our precious sheep!

*What does the time commitment look like for this role? Our greatest need is to find several people who can commit one day a week for no more than 3 hours to be in our classroom. If you can't come in regularly, no problem! We also need people on our substitute list to fill in on an "as needed" basis!

Take Them to the Bible During School Hours!

We are looking for people who want to literally provide the way for Continental students to get to LifeWise this fall. There is no special license required to drive our vehicles, we just need people who love Jesus and want to serve Him by providing a safe trip to and from our classroom for our students!

Don't Forget About VBS!

We know there are several Vacation Bible Schools on your calendar this summer and we hope you will add ours to your calendar, too!

First, Dupont Church, then North Mount Zion, next LifeWise! After LifeWise, it will be time for Continental Community VBS with Bethel and Free Christian to follow! Around 14 weeks of summer vacation and your student(s) could be learning more about the Bible in crazy fun ways for more than half of them just by the summer opportunities in our community! Not to mention, each VBS has a different theme, but they all share the same purpose--to teach the Bible and have lots of fun doing it!

Board Member Spots Open for LifeWise Continental!

We are seeking people who are actively attending a church that agrees with our statement of faith and has a personal mature relationship with Jesus to help lead the behind the scenes efforts of our program! From meetings to events, the board members help at a foundational level behind the scenes to ensure our program is healthy and taken care of. If you are passionate about ensuring the children of Continental will have the opportunity to receive Bible based character education during the school day for years to come, this is opportunity is for you!

We are looking to hire a few more teachers for the fall of 2026! We would like to find some people who love God and children who are passionate about teaching the Bible during school hours! We welcome students K-12, so we are looking for elementary teachers, middle school/high school (secondary) teachers, and even a lead teacher to lead all of our teachers in planning and in the classroom!
