Wow, what an amazing night and turnout from the community! The support was overwhelming and The Falcon Fund team would like to give a huge THANK YOU to everyone that attended and helped get this initiative off the ground!

We’d like to extend a special thank you to Kelly Hostetler at the St. Joe County United Way for her invaluable help bringing this idea to fruition and to The River Trade Brewing Company for hosting this event; the food, drinks, and service were top notch! Also thank you to the Messners for your support in promoting the event and the initiative. And lastly to Coach McGee for your kind words while kicking off the event.

To say the launch party was a success would be an understatement….we far exceeded expectations and raised over $7,000 at the event!!! If you were unable to attend and would still like to contribute you can do so at the link below:

It’s finally here…..tonight is The Falcon Fund Launch Party!!! We hope to see everyone at Rivertrade Brewing Company (6:00-9:00)! As we countdown these last few hours we’re introducing our team and their motivation for leading The Falcon Fund efforts.

Ryan Wolf (CHS ‘08)

“My why for helping with The Falcon Fund is that I owe much of who I am to the educators and coaches at Constantine Schools. Participating in classes like wood shop and metal shop expanded my ideas about what I could personally accomplish if I set my mind to it. In Science Olympiad, I found that I excelled at the building events. Those challenged me to think outside of the box, try new things, and collaborate in a group setting. Other programs like Youth In Government and drafting gave me baseline knowledge in specific fields that I wouldn’t have learned otherwise. Classes like CAD (computer aided design) gave me the experience needed to know that I didn’t want to further pursue that particular field, which was also incredibly valuable as a young person. While I chose a different career path, that does not diminish how important and impactful these programs were to me. Every Constantine student deserves to have these and others like it available to them and I am proud to be part of a program that is helping to make that possible.”

Ryan lives in northern Indiana and has worked in the automotive, retail, and RV industries in various roles, including helping to launch a successful start-up component manufacturer from the ground up. He now works as a Project Manager in the commercial furniture industry. The opportunities available to him at Constantine taught him to never stop learning and challenging himself. He credits his educational experience at Constantine as a driving force for what he has accomplished personally and professionally.

We’re so close….only 1 day left until The Falcon Fund Launch Party!! As we countdown to Saturday we’re introducing our team and their motivation for leading The Falcon Fund efforts.

Andrew Morse (CHS ‘08)

“Giving back to the community that sparked my passion for design and engineering is my why. A single CAD (computer aided design) class in high school opened the door to opportunities I never imagined—like a career at General Motors. I’ve had the privilege of working on projects like the cooling system on the first mid-engine Corvette and overseeing an interior trim design team for the Chevy Equinox EV. Looking back, I realize how pivotal that early CAD exposure was. I want to ensure students in my hometown have similar opportunities—access to tools, programs, and experiences that can ignite their potential without financial barriers holding them back.”

Andrew lives in Metro Detroit and works as an interior trim design release engineer at General Motors. He attributes much of his success to Constantine mentors who shaped his journey—teachers like Pete Miller, who introduced him to drafting and CAD, and coaches like McGee, Tulley, and Griff who taught him resilience and the value of continuous improvement.

Andria (Baker) Ettinger (CHS ‘08)

“Giving back to a community that gave me the tools I needed to be successful in an ever changing world is my why. Being able to travel to Washington DC, attend leadership events hosted by the MHSAA, and create projects and participate in Science Olympiad were all milestones in guiding my career pathway as a current educator. These experiences are why The Falcon Fund is so important to me, so students will have opportunities to get involved without the financial burden holding them back. “

Andria currently lives in St. Joseph, Michigan where she teaches 3rd grade and coaches volleyball. She credits her teachers and coaches who encouraged her to try new things and get involved.

Dustin Jennings (CHS ‘08)

“My participation in Science Olympiad, technical education, drafting classes, metal shop, CTE Computer Aided Design programs were crucial for development of real world skills for my career and hobbies. I think it is of the utmost importance to continue and grow these programs for current and future students. My goal is for The Falcon Fund to elevate opportunities for students in the Constantine community.”

Dustin now lives in Vicksburg, Michigan with his wife and 2 daughters. He works in the automotive industry as a product design engineer where he continues to use skills introduced by the programs he participated in at Constantine.

Casey Smagala (CHS ‘08)
“The Youth in Government program opened my eyes to public service as a career path. My friend's parents covering the cost for me to participate made that opportunity possible. Creating The Falcon Fund is my way of paying it forward for current kids in Constantine.”

Casey now lives in New York City, where he helps manage his family’s government contracting and construction business. He credits the strong work ethic he learned in Constantine and his earlier career in public service as key contributors to his success.

Thanks all for coming on this journey with The Falcon Fund team! We’d like to introduce ourselves and the origins of this initiative. A group of 5 alumni from Constantine High School Class of ‘08 have joined efforts to give back to the great community that shaped us during our youth. We have fond memories and acknowledge the importance of extracurricular activities on our education and development. While all of us currently reside elsewhere in our journeys through life; we all share a great sense of pride and community of our hometown and want to see it thrive!
